Pediatric Eye Exams

80% of how we learn is visual

Dr. Vincent McMahon and Dr. Barton Higley understand that early identification of a child's vision problem is crucial. During your childs developmental stage, it is important to have every advantage possible for optimal learning. Since most of what we learn is through vision, it is a given that a good visual system would allow for easier better learning.

  • First exam administered by your child's pediatrician.
  • 6 month Free InfantSEE exam at participating optometrist office.
  • 3 year old for 2nd exam unless directed otherwise by your optometrist
  • Before preschool or 1rst grade for their next exam
  • Yearly for children with corrective eyewear or bi annual for children without corrective eyewear.
  • At 18 first adult eye exam.
