We would be honored to provide you with quality eyecare at EyeWorks. As you see, we are affiliated with many insurance plans. For those plans that we cannot direct bill (VSP, EyeMed, Cole Vision, Spectera, etc.), we will be happy to provide you with a duplicate receipt in the event that you can submit for reimbursement. .
Be aware that some insurance plans will reimburse you for out-of-network services while others may not. For specific information regarding your benefits, please contact your insurance company directly. Don't forget that flex care plans usually include eyecare and prescription eyewear as qualified expenses. This allows you greater flexibility in terms of choice in meeting your eye care needs.
Ultimately you, the patient, are responsible for any expenses incurred.
