The right frame for your face

Square
Because a square face is so angular, a rounded or oval shaped frame will soften the look of the face. The top of the frames should sit high enough on the face to downplay the jawline.

Triangle
If your face is broad in the forehead but narrow at the chin you should avoid large frames or bold colors. Frames with a thin rim and vertical lines will help balance the bottom part of your face.

Round
People with round faces have somewhat of a wide forehead and rounded chin. Choose a frame with an angular shape to break up the roundness. Also choose glasses that are wider than they are deep to make the face look longer.

Heart
If you have a large forehead and a neat, heart-shaped chin, you can wear both round and angular shapes. Avoid glasses that are wider at the top than the bottom, it will make your face appear top heavy.
